1. Valuer’s fee amount will depend on:

Yes, it is true that the fee amount due for our services varies. For example, our fees for valuation of intellectual property items ranges from RUR50,000 through RUR500,000.

We do not have a single pricelist similar to that used in valuation of an apartment or non-living premises. There is a great variety of intangible assets: licenses for the exploration of the deposits, patents, know-how, R&D, business reputation, brands, goodwill and so, respectively, there a great variety of the valuation works fees exists as here everything depends upon the complexity and the required depth of the works to be performed.

2. What documents you should submitь?

Due to a great variety of items of intellectual property, there is no a uniform list of necessary documents. And if such list exists, then why the client needs to spare time and apply extra efforts.

Generally, the client shall know the answers to the following questions:

  • What item must be valued;
  • What rights to such item exist;
  • Where such item currently bears income (if there is a retrospective or a business-plan);
  • What key immediate competitors exist for the item (if any).

This information will allow us to develop a tailored list of requested documents with respect to your item of intellectual property.

3. What is a rough estimate of your intellectual property item?

There is no answer to this question. The model is developed individually for each intellectual property item. Also there are no software products in Excel that could allow for a qualified approximation. Besides, the final estimate is under the impact of many factors such as:

  • Market factors that require an in-depth analysis;
  • Financial and economic indicators which demonstrate a steady dynamics;
  • Regional factors;
  • Analysis of the competitive environment;
  • Individual characteristics of a specific item of intellectual property.

All this means that a professional valuer will never estimate his or her work roughly, as the preliminary estimation requires qualification, experience, knowledge and is a time consuming effort.

4. How much time is required to value business?

Generally, a business may be valued from 1 business week to 4 business weeks as the works scope will depend upon the complexity of the subject property. It is a noteworthy fact that if you are pressed in time and if it is necessary to obtain a valuation report in 2 or three days then it will be possible provided that:

  1. You deliver information to us within the shortest possible time. Often a failure to do this will have an adverse effect on the valuation term. The client urgently needs the report but the client’s accounting office gathers the package of the documents during several days or even a week;
  2. Several experts will be engaged to perform the project (one expert will acquire and process information, the second one will analyze the market data, the third one will perform the required calculations, the fourth one will proceed with the execution of the report articles, and the fifth one will control the following process). It is possible to complete the project by a 3 to 5 man strength team within shortest time but its work will increase the fee amount due 2- or 3-fold.

Cостоялось Годовое Общее собрание членов Ассоциации «Саморегулируемая организация оценщиков «Экспертный совет», на котором Наталья Киршина (директор по развитию ПГО, методолог) была отмечена благодарственным письмом за плодотворную работу по экспертизе отчетов по оценке и методическому обеспечению оценочной деятельности.

Также Наталья в третий раз была избрана в состав Экспертный совет СРОО "ЭС".

В Российской газете вышел специальный выпуск с рэнкингом делового потенциала оценочных компаний.

В отличие от рейтинга наиболее крупных компаний (ранжирование по выручке), тут учитывается целый ряд показателей работы компаний: масштаб, опыт, репутация. Компании присваивается балл, исходя из того, какая у нее выручка, сколько штатных оценщиков, какой у них опыт, какая у них квалификация, какой размер страхового покрытия ответственности, учитываются награды, победы в конкурсах и отборах.

Компания ООО "Профессиональная Группа Оценки" вот уже 7 лет уверенно входит в топ-20!

По итогам 2022 года мы заняли 16 место.
